Emergency Lighting Testing is the testing of premises and certifying that all emergency lights are in working order and will illuminate in the event of a fire or emergency.
Emergency Lighting Testing is a requirement by law to be carried out 4 times per year in each premises. This requirement is laid down in the Code of Practice IS-3217.
IPAT Ltd. will ensure peace of mind for our clients and will set up a schedule for all types of emergency lights to be tested as laid down in the code of practice for Emergency Lighting Testing.
Employers Certification under these statutes are now being required by Insurance companies and their underwriters
